Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Wells Fargo emailed students asking for us to send the company our resumes. This led to a phone interview and then a super day. Phone interview was 100% fit based. Super day was 80% fit based. Technical questions were very easy. No brainteasers. However, the type of interview you received on the super day seemed to vary depending on which of the interviewers you were randomly assigned (some people got very technical interviews - I didn't).
