Did a lot of networking on my own and reached out to many different groups in advance. All of these groups would then forward a referral to the campus recruiters who would then coordinate the process for the first round interview.

First round was fairly technical as they want to know if you know your stuff prior to inviting you to super day in charlotte. Know everything. People say Wells goes easy on interviews, not the case here. I was tested from DCF's to LBO's from the get-go.

It took a while to hear back for the super day invite but eventually heard back. Superday consisted of a cocktail event the night before interviews, giving you a chance to network with groups that you are interested in.

The next day were super day interviews. 8 back to back interviews with groups from IBD to Capital Markets. Depending on the interviewers themselves and the group they worked in, interviews could be very technical to very qualitative. In the ending, I ended up receiving offers from multiple groups on the WFC IBDCM platform across the country and went with the group I believed had the best culture for me.
