Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Alumnus put me in contact with HR people who said that there were positions in multiple cities. I filled out an online questionnaire and answered questions about group choice and city preference. I then had a follow up with my contact at his office where I went through a series of interviews with the group I had selected. A week later I was informed I had the position.
