Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initially referred by an MD. Additionally referred by an analyst. Both alums from my large non-target state school. Received email offering first-round phone interview. Phone interview was with two associates from FIG and Lev Fin. Received email two days later offering Superday in Charlotte. Had two-day superday process, with reception on Thursday evening and 8 consecutive interviews Friday morning with different groups. Received offer via group MD one hour after leaving to head back to campus.
