What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I completed a HireVue that asked very basic questions like why WF, why IB, and tell me about a time in which you failed.
The next step was a group interview with an associate and a VP. This interview was more technical, and I got asked about my background and then mostly basic accounting stuff like how depreciation affects the financial statements, about calculating FCF, and about DCFs. I was also asked about some specific industry questions, and then about 5 minutes to ask questions at the end. This was just a virtual 30-minute interview. Didn't make it to the superday.
