Wells Fargo has formal on-campus recruiting at my undergraduate institution. They held many recruiting events prior to a resume drop. This included a Wells Fargo info session, which detailed the various divisions of and positions available.

The first round interview was the toughest. The interview contained mental math, questions about the markets, and was structured in a way to be very stressful.

The second round consisted of a superday with 6 interviews. There was a reception the night before. The superday consisted of mostly fit questions and only included one “stress interview.”

The culture at Wells Fargo is very laid back. They place a huge emphasis on fit. The biggest advice I would give to a candidate is to leave the pretention at home and to be relaxed and humble.
