Sent my resume to a few people I knew there. Got asked to officially apply on a certain date. Received an email a week later asking to schedule a half an hour phone interview with 2 people. I was asked to go through my resume and then technicals the rest of the time. Two days after that I was invited to the super day. That had 7 interviews early in the morning. I received the offer that night. The superday was mostly personality and fit questions.

Office culture seemed really laid back. Senior management was said to be extremely accessible and it seemed like they were very interested in retaining their talent and keeping a lot of analysts for 3 years. They also like to move people around to different sectors within their IBCM groups
