Investment Banking Intern

Overall, the interview process was nothing that was out of the ordinary. For the most part, it stuck to the traditional structure of behaviorals for around 15 minutes and then technicals the rest of the interview. The interview process consisted of a phone screen with 2 people who were from the same school that I attended, I heard that this was also the case for most other people. They were analysts/associate level. The superday was very structured and was done with 2 people for two interviews. These interviews were a lot more hard on technicals.
