Investment Banking (Platform Offer)

Had a phone interview that was very casual 2 on 1, one of which being an alumni from my school. Asked about my background, a few easy technicals (DCF and accounting for purchase of equipment at year start and end) and then the rest was just my questions for them. Invited to the superday a few days later.

Super day:

Networking event the night before, met with a bunch of people from Wells. We were given our list of interviewers for the following day when we checked into the hotel, so we were given the chance to meet our interviewers at the networking event. The interviews the next day went for about 4 hours (7 - 30 minute interviews), and each had a theme. The themes were leadership experiences, technical, ethical experience, conflict experience, etc. Everyone was very casual and conversational and it was enjoyable. Technicals ranged from basics to pretty difficult, and I got tripped up on a few.

Only reason for giving the experience a "positive" review, as compared to a "very positive" review, is because I didn't receive an offer.
