What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted resume through college careers website, received an invitation to interview the next week. Networking event the night before followed by two rounds of interviews the next day. Each round lasted 30 minutes and had two interviewers, a junior banker and a senior banker. Basic technical questions relating to valuation techniques and the financial statements. Besides that, all typical behavioral questions. Received offer the following day.
