1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First round is a phone interview with two people. Very basic questions regarding accounting-walk through three financial statements. Also asked to walk through resume. Only last 13 minutes. Then superday in Charlotte. 7 rounds of one on one with analyst to MD. Very laid back and friendly people. Technicals were all very basic. How do you find FCF? Walk me through a DCF. How would you value a small company? Be prepared to get detailed with your resume with the more senior people. I could tell that it was very fit based.
