What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two people from my campus recruiting team via Zoom for 30 minutes. I had a coffee chat with one of my interviewers through OCR.
First: Classic behavioral, tell me about yourself, why Wells Fargo, why IB?
Technicals: 3 Valuation methods, Walk me through a DCF, What is the most important financial statement, what industries are affected most by a high interest rate environment.
Pretty much M&I 400 with the last question requiring more creative thought. Straightforward process. Received a superday invite a few days later.
