Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My school is a target for Wells' headquarters in Charlotte, and there is just a single 2 on 1 on campus interview. They don't even do a phone screen prior to that. They also interview at least 30 people for IB alone.
One of my interviewers was nice, but the other was a jerk for basically no reason. He seemed annoyed that I had a high GPA and appeared against me from the start. They acted like I was wasting their time, I never had another interview like that. Most people I knew had very positive experiences with Wells.
