Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The recruiting process mirrored that of most any investment bank recruiting Summer Associates. Wells Fargo seems to value those who put forth the effort to get to know as many bankers as possible and make a true connection with the firm. The interview process consisted of the usual first and second round interviews with multiple technical questions and behavioral situation questions.
