1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus interview screening of potential candidates. Met with a lot of students at various schools, second round was whittled down to 13.
Second round interview was in their office in Falls, met with VP's of each risk team and was strictly asked behavioral questions. Each question was some form of "tell me a time when..." "describe a situation where you..."
Programming experience was preferred. Overall very easy interview process that seemed more like a fit check and whether you were capable of assimilating into the team.
