Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied through my school's online job board, was called in for a one-on-one interview at the end of January. I was told we would hear back about our results by the end of Feb but was only contacted at the end of April. The interview was completely behavioral + why Wells Fargo/middle market banking questions, nothing unexpected at all.
