Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with an event with many recruiters and members of the team, then was invited for phone screening. Phone screening lasted about 10 minutes with simple questions such as tell me about yourself and why WF. After phone screening came first and second round interviews followed by superday. These interviews did not go over any technicals, just behavioral questions.
