Only received one phone interview, which did not lead to an invitation to the super day which occurred later that month. While I didn't receive the super day invitation, the interview seemed to go well. The following is some information regarding how that first interview went.
About 2 weeks after applying, I received an e-mail to schedule a time for a 30 minute phone interview. This interview consisted of mostly behavioral questions, but also some technical questions relating mainly to the financial statements. The interviewer was very curious as to my interest in real estate, and most questions were based on determining the level of understanding I had in this field.
