Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Completed three interviews; two 1:1, and one 1:2. The interviews were mostly behavioral and centered around past experiences; eg, how did you deal with this type of situation, or tell me about a time when you were faced with this challenge. There were a few 'technical' questions, mostly accounting related. eg. if company Z bought a piece of equipment and financed 50% of it, how would this transaction impact each of the financial statements? Overall, it was an enjoyable interview process. People were nice and responsive to any questions that I had.
