Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First interview was with an analyst and an associate. Very basic questions: Why WF, why IB, resume questions, and they asked about my recruitment thus far. Got invited to superday a week later. Superday consisted of two interviews with a mix ranging from analysts to VPs. Some technical questions, but mostly behavioral.
