Securities Summer Analyst 2015

Applied online during a one day application drop for non-targets. This was an expedited super day in 2nd week of December that I only knew about due to my firm connections. Phone interview scheduled 3 weeks later. It was 30 minutes total consisting of behavioral and technical questions ending with me asking the interviewer(s) a few questions. Behavioral was tell me about yourself, why IB, about one of my internships, group preference. Technicals were very brief - valuations methods, in detail DCF, and $10 depreciation applied to the statements.

Superday was 2.5 weeks later down in Charlotte, NC. I was flown down. Consisted of a networking/cocktail event the night before the interviews. Interviews started on time at 8:30am and one could have 6-8 with a 15 minute break after 4. Lunch was offered after and shuttle to the airport was leaving in and hour. In and out.

In Charlotte on Thursday and Friday. Heard back with an offer on Monday morning at around 11am. Had until Thursday to give an answer.
