Senior Analyst

I applied online through their company website. About two or three weeks later, I received an email from the division manager to have a phone interview with a senior analyst (the same position I was applying for). The phone interview consisted of me explaining my background, him explaining the position, and then 2-3 behavioral questions at the end (when i did completed a task thinking outside the box was one of the questions). Then, a week later, I was asked to complete a writing sample. Then, I was elected to come onsite for the in-person interview in front of a 3-person panel, asking all behavioral questions.
