Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My process was atypical. I networked with a senior manager back in 2008 when I was in college. However the bank (Wachovia) was not hiring. When I was at Tulane in 2010 I reconnected with the same now more senior manager and he set me up with an interview for a position within fixed income S&T. I was extremely fortunate because Wells at the time was not actively recruiting at Tulane.
The actual interview process was more typical. 7 30 minute back to back interviews conducted by both sales people and traders.
2 weeks later I received my offer letter from HR.
