Contacted via on campus recruiting for an interview. They held a reception the night before that presented an opportunity to meet other candidates as well as your potential interviewers down the line.

On campus interview was pretty basic and ultimately conversational, but they did have a few questions. Know the financial statements and how they connect. Truly have a reason for why WF and why commercial banking.

About a month later I got a call to interview in the office.

Office interview consisted of meeting with 3 different people. Each ask about you/why WF/why commercial.
Technicals: know financial statements, financial metrics you'd use to evaluate a company, EBITDA (pros and cons), how depreciation flows thru financial statements, financing assets (cash vs leverage), etc.
