Applied online, they did campus visit and then conducted in person interviews. The HR person called me and said I got an interview without doing a hireview just from my resume. It was the only in person IB interview I ever had. When I walked into the room they had my resume printed out and highlighted and circled. They had their questions prepared. Lots of technicals. Some of my friends that got interviewed with them also did not get grilled as much. They took the kids who made it to the next round to dinner the next night.
