Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Resume drop at school and also knew a senior person at the group who pushed my resume through. First round was a series of three 30 minute phone calls. First one was with an associate and served as a screening, getting to know my personality, why the specific group, etc. Was then passed onto the second interview a few days later which was all technical questions. Very basic questions such as what is EBITDA, what is a debt/equity ratio, etc. Third interview was entirely fit based, went more as a conversation by the end. The entire process was very early (i.e. October) and this group in particular (energy) recruits very early.
