Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process involved a phone screen, dinner and two on campus interviews. Following the phone screen, the firm came to campus for the first round of interviews. After the first round of interviews, the company cut the applicant pool in half an invited the remaining 10 applicants out to dinner. The next morning there was a final round of interviews, and offers were sent out an hour later.
