Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got the first round interview via a Black/Latinx diversity summit.
First round interview was with two MDs - highly behavioral and basic valuation/accounting technical questions
Final Round was was two back to back interviews with two MD/VPs each. Basic behavioral questions, and they drilled down on resume and experience, not much in terms of textbook technical questions. 2nd interview comprised mostly of questions about a proposal I had made for a stock pitch conference.
