Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
An email to receive a first-round interview came about a month after my application submission. The first round consisted of a 25-minute phone call with two employees. I generally had to tell them about myself and then answer only behavioral questions. For example, "talk about a time when you volunteered to do extra work and how it helped."
