1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After a cold apply online, I had a 1 on 1 interview with a member of HR, then a 1 on 1 interview with I believe a member of the corporate banking division. All questions were behavioral. After this round, I was invited to the super day which consisted of three or four interviews with senior-level employees (VP and above). Most questions were about behavior with a few technical mostly about three financial statements and credit.
