Summer Associate

I meet the Wells Fargo team during their own campus presentation. I had also spoken to some people in the IB division from my past job and was pretty interested in joining the team there. Most of the team were great, the people I did phone interviews/informationals and who I met at our DOJ visits were great as well. Most of the issues were with the person in charge of our campus recruiting process. Kind of awkward socially in general. During the interview process he doubled teamed with another wells rep that was also not the most of social people. Completely different behavior before interview vs during interview. Wouldn't let me finish my answers, asked very random questions, would jump in the middle of my answer. looking back i think the idea was to try and see how i would behave and I should have kept it a bit cooler. I thought interview went well, I answered all questions but did not get a follow up. Heavy technical and mostly focused on what you would say, they would turn that into another question.
