Summer Associate

Bank came to campus at start of recruiting season. After meeting bankers at multiple groups, we filled out a survey selecting our top choice groups and locations. Wells Fargo responded to these surveys by introducing us to bankers in our target groups. The process began there with 20-25 coffee chats among two different groups. Eventually, they sent out invites to a dinner on campus for those that were still tracking well at the bank. After that, select people were offered interview slots.
