Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process started off with a resume drop. About 80ish students applied from what I can remember. From there, they narrowed down to 25 phone interviews. After that, there was 12 on campus interviews. They only chose 2 students from that to attend the super-day. From start to finish, the process took roughly 5 weeks. The phone interview was more technical than I had anticipated while the on-campus was not as technical heavy. The super-day was an interesting mix of macroeconomic events, technicals, and behavioral.
