What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Literally was only two rounds for me. Both were phone interviews (if you made it to the 2nd/Final Phone). S&T had 1 phone, then an in person 2nd/final round interview. The questions were pretty simple, what were the 3 main valuation models, go in depth with the CAPM/WACC, Debt-to-Equity financing pro/cons, link 3 financial statements, and the typical walk me through your resume and experiences. Didn't get offer due to non-target background vs other candidates, but really nice interviewers.
