For the summer analyst program applications must be submitted in one 24 hour period, usually stated on their website. My university sent out a memo for it.
I was contacted by email along with 100 other candidates for a first round phone interview. After the phone, I followed up with a recruiter and found a spot in a superday. It was a great experience. Had 5 different interviews ranging from the relationship manager to first year analysts. Questions were on repeat, they were selected from a pool provided by HR. Know the BS/IS/SCF. Know how to calculate FCF. Be able to describe Dep/Amort. Be able to describe the firm and why the firm.
