What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first applied online through the normal recruiting channel, though I was an internal employee at the time.
About 3 weeks later, I received an email from HR stating that I had been selected to interview. I was instructed by the recruiter that the interview would be with an analyst currently in the FAP (financial analyst program).
A few days later, I received an email from the analyst, and we coordinated a time for our phone interview. There was another analyst who sat in on the call to take notes.
The interview lasted about 30 mins and was mostly standard behavioral (5 questions) with 2 technical questions.
