Summer Financial Analyst-Commercial Real Estate Lending

Wells Fargo had a recruitment session on the USC campus where they recruited for different summer analyst positions. I was able to meet 3 different people who worked in CRE as well as the head recruiter. Following this there was another special recruitment session for real estate students where I met two different people also employed in CRE. This was followed by a first round which consisted of questions such as "walk me through your resume", "describe a balance sheet and income statement", and "what is going on in the economy?", as well as other behavioral questions. Two weeks later was the final round interviews which consisted of more similar types of questions. The people who interviewed me were kind of cold, but everyone else I met were extremely conversational, and genuinely seemed to love their job.
