Summer Financial Analyst Program

Applied through an Employee Referral. Had an informal group informational interview, and a phone interview with a regional VP about a week later consisting mostly of behavioral and situational questions, and a couple basic finance/accounting technical questions. After about 4 days, received a preference form to rank different divisions, groups and locations. Got called in for Superday about 10-12 days later. All expenses paid trip to Charlotte consisted of a pre-interview networking social the night before and a superday the following day. During the superday, there were 2 sessions either morning or afternoon, both consisting of 7 rounds of interviews with Analysts, PMs, MDs, VPs of each group. Questions were a 50/50 mix of technical and behavioral.
