Summer IB Analyst

I learned about the position through the career resource center at UF. I applied and only had to send in my resume, no cover letter or references. After about 3 weeks I got a response saying that WF was coming to our campus to conduct interviews and have a networking dinner. We had the networking dinner and were encouraged to talk the employees that were there (they were also the ones conducting the interviews the next morning). Everything from analysts to managing directors were there. I had the interview, it was about 30% behavioral and 70% technical. I thought it went well and about 1 week later they extended the offer, I accepted about a week later.
