Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process was very easy and went very quick. I applied online through the company website and was contacted via phone shortley after. The phone call consisted of very basic question concerning me and my background. This lead to an onsite interview with a VP of the office and VP of Human Resources. The interview consisted of only fit and background questions. Technical questions were never asked, although this may have been indicitive of my background which contained no previous insurance experience. The last interview was conducted with the MD who asked similar questions as before and I was given an offer directly following the interview.
