Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a very simple process. The position was listed on my school's job site. It got a bunch of responses because it was PWM position in the area that did not require a lot of experience. Most of the work was going to be cold-calling but it would've been a Wells Fargo on the resume. The interview process was simple. The guy was pretty intense about market knowledge etc but since the position wasn't very skills-based, there were no in depth questions or modeling tests etc. It was a phone and then a 1 on 1.
