Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. First round behavioral phone interview with two employees. Final round behavioral phone interview with two employees in team you are interviewing for. No technical questions, all behavioral questions in the vein of a guide they send out. They were clearly looking more for fit than technical skills. Received offer four business days after final interview.
