Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Three calls, one to a group of new analysts, one to a senior executive, final round to managers who I might be working with. Got to choose 3 positions around the US (Midwest, Southwest/east, and West Coast) from a list of ~25. Final round was three separate interviews with managers for each position. Almost entirely behavioral, I volunteered to make it as technical as possible to demonstrate what I've learned, which I believe helped me stand out. A lot of situational questions that required giving specific examples from past internships/in school/in a leadership role (ex: "Describe a time when you mediated a conflict among people in your group" and "describe a project that involved sourcing information from several different people within an organization"). Not that difficult of a process. Apparently some 5K people applied despite only taking applications for about two weeks.
