Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first part of the process is that I had to talk to a hiring manager, who was vetting potential candidates. Once, I passed, I came to school and spoke to a RM and Analyst about minor tech questions and why I want to go into banking/RE (It's very conversational and a chance to really get to know you).
For the super day, you have to do a case study and meet with the whole team. It's very informative and gets to understand what Wells does.
