Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A super day consisting of eight 30 minute interviews in Charlotte. Consisting of technical questions, fit questions and brain teasers. The technical questions focused more on valuation than on accounting, however there were some questions regarding the financial statements. Two questions about an LBO model and what it was, how it was used and how to boost IRR.
