Applied through my campus career portal. Received a first round on-campus interview with two senior traders and was invited for a 2nd round interview in New York a week later. Know what is going on in the markets, and be prepared to answer follow up questions on anything you mention (so don't try and BS them with some headline you saw in the WSJ but don't actually understand)
