1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through a career fair and received an invite to interview at the conference. Initially had an interview with 3 associates. Then a one on one.
First round asked about a sector you were interested in. Discuss a recent deal. Tell about the logistics of the deal. What affect would it have on the industry?
Second round one on one was all technical. Composed of manipulation of the 3 statements. What happens if I add 10 in depreciation? What is WACC? How do you value a company? What is a Free Cash Flow? Which financial statement would you want out of all of them?
