Wells Fargo Summer Intern

Very quick process. Two two-on-one interviews. First one was behavioral and just general qualitative questions. the second interview only two days later was less structured. They people don't ask you technical questions per say but want you to struggle through your answers. Asked questions that I answered to the best of my ability but was not enough.
It really depends on who you get but the first interview should in general be very easy. You hear back that night if you got the second round. Basic Accounting/Depreciation questions were asked as well as why IB and what is IB.
