Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process consisted of phone interview, 2 round phone interview, and a superday. 1st round interview is either with a recruiter or an 2nd year analyst/associate. 2nd round phone interview is with a VP/MD/Associate (the combination depends on availability and group from what I understand). Superday consist of 5 group interviews with associates or higher and ultimately your direct manager/MD.
