2021 Investment Banking Summer Analyst

First networked with a banker within Wells Fargo securities for a few months. Once the application opened I applied and had a "vetting" style interview with a recruiter about a week later. I then had my first interview about a month after the application, the second one roughly 2 weeks after that, and received an offer that evening.

There were really three interviews, but two official. The first, as stated above was with the recruiter. The second was with two associates within the group and was a 50/50 mix of personality and technical questions. The second was with an MD and a VP and similar process.

All of my interviews were very enjoyable. The people I interviewed with were very personable and relatble.
